Any registered account can use payment forms free of charge (Guest/no-login accounts cannot — a real account is required). The buyer pays a service fee on top of the price at checkout, so you always receive the full amount you set. The fee is the same on every plan: 3.5% of the price, capped at 1,500 UGX, for prices up to 50,000 UGX; for prices above 50,000 UGX it is a flat 2,000 UGX.
